PIETRAK HOTEL IN WĄGROWIEC- REGULATIONS OF WELLNESS SPA & FITNESS
1. SPA is an area of relaxation, peace and quiet.
2. SPA is open all week from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
3. Children under 12 can remain in SPA only with an adult.
4. In SPA, it is forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol, chew gum and carry glass containers.
5. All valuables should be placed in safe deposit box at the hotel reception desk.
6. The personnel do not take responsibility for things left in lockers in SPA.
7. Guests should change in the changing rooms and leave their personal belongings in special lockers.
8. While being in SPA guests cannot order in the restaurant, bar and room service, except for the sunny terrace.
9. In spa, guests need to take precautions: running, jumping into swimming pool or Jacuzzi is forbidden.
10. The SPA personnel will not let people:
- under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- with open injuries and skin inflammatory
- who might drown because of some illnesses
- who might be dangerous for other guests and personnel
- whose personal hygiene is far from accepted rules
11. Guests infringing the rules of public order or SPA regulations will be removed from hotel’s area
without money return and will be obligated to cover the potential loss.
12. In SPA, silence is obligatory. The personnel can ask the guest who does not follow the rules
and disturb others to leave.
13. The shoe change (into flip-flops) is obligatory.
14. It is recommended to use toilet before entering SPA.
15. It is compulsory to take a shower and wash feet in the basin before entering SPA.
16. In the swimming pool, there cannot be more than 10 people at the same time.
The exception being lessons organized by the instructor.
17. It is recommended to enter the sauna in a towel and without swimming suits.
18. In saunas there are alarms, which should be used in case of feeling ill.
19. Guests are due to inform the personnel about any faults and defects,
which may disturb the functioning of the SPA.
20. Please, follow the abovementioned rules and regulations for your own safety as well as the safety of others.
GENERAL SPA RULES:
- Drink a lot of still water before, during and after the treatments.
- Avoid square meals at least one hour before a treatment.
- Inform the personnel about any possible ailments, which can influence the treatment badly.
- The use of swimming pool, Jacuzzi or sauna should take place before treatments.
GENERAL RULES FOR USING RECREATION AREA:
* Fitness club:
- Sportswear is required
- Children are required to be supervised by an adult
* The use of swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna:
- A shower should be taken before and after entering the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna
- Flip-flops should be left at the entrance
- It is recommended to enter the sauna in a towel and without swimming suits
- One session in sauna should not last longer than 15 minutes
* Treatments and massages:
- Before making a reservation for the treatment or massage it is necessary to inform the personnel
about any ailments, pregnancy, long-lasting treatment, allergy and recent surgery
CANCELLATION AND CHANGING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT:
* For individual reservations:
- In case the time of the appointment is going to be changed or completely cancelled, please inform the hotel
at least 8 hours before the visit. In case of cancellation after the time of treatment the Pietrak Hotel
reserves the right to charge the guest the total cost of the ordered service.
* In case of group reservations:
- If the time of the appointment is going to be changed or completely cancelled, please inform the hotel at least
48 hours before the planned visit. In case of cancellation after the time of treatment the Pietrak Hotel
reserves the right to charge the guest the total cost of the ordered service.
